The Midst is a location first information network. Posts are tagged from your current location. Other Midst users will only see your post if they pan the map over that location.
Want to find out what’s happening in cities or areas throughout the world? Pan the map over the desired area and see what people are talking about. Zoom in and zoom out to focus on your desired location.
Use cases for The Midst are ever evolving. It’s an information source, it’s a place for general musing. What ever is going on in your area or in your mind, it fits in The Midst.
Posts delete automatically after 24 hours so information is always up to date.
Discover The Midst
Location Aware
Posts are tagged at the location where they were created. This way you know information has come from someone at the source. Also no one person can blast the entire platform, the map view controls what posts are visible.
Privacy when you want it
Hide your screen name in the Settings menu. Posts will still tag at your location at the time. But they will be anonymous. Think of it as “Someone said this, here.”
